![]() Yes, God’s grace is sufficient for you. You can be comforted by the fact that “is” encompasses your past, present and future. It is pregnant with the timelessness and omnipotence of God. God’s grace was sufficient yesterday, is sufficient today, and will be sufficient tomorrow because God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. This can be difficult to believe when life’s issues are threatening to take us out. But in the midst of trouble and heartache remember exactly how far God has already gone to prove His love for you. His only Son died for each of us; therefore, we can sing His praises even when trouble surrounds us. You came from heaven to earth, to show the way, from the earth to the cross, my debt to pay, from the cross to the grave, from the grave to the sky, Lord I lift Your name on high!
The grace of God transcends every conceivable problem. There is no scenario that cripples the grace of our God. Aren’t you glad God’s grace is sufficient for every hill and valley in our lives? And aren’t you happy to know it is as eternal as the God that extends it!
Light for Living: None of life’s problems are beyond the grace of God! Trust Him!
It is the grace of God that justifies us and positions us to be heirs of Christ according to the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:7)
Power Quote: “This is the mystery of the riches of divine grace for sinners; for by a wonderful exchange our sins are now not ours but Christ’s and Christ’s righteousness is not Christ’s but ours.” -Martin Luther |
